Choices magazine. You’ll see we’ve had a fresh spring makeover and changed up our regular sections so we can ensure that we’re bringing you everything you need to be the healthiest, happiest version of you!
At Good Health Choices we don’t believe that being healthy is something you do, but rather it’s a fundamental part of the way you live your life. It’s not enough to eat your greens and work out five times a week if you’re feeling stressed, sleeping badly or neglecting your own needs while trying to juggle all the other demands in your life. I know that when one of these factors is out of whack for me then my whole sense of wellbeing goes right out the window and it ain’t good.
We figure that to be healthy and happy you need to Be Informed, Be
Nourished, Be Energised, Be Inspired and sometimes, take a moment to Simply Be. So these are the five sections you’ll now find in your magazine. You’ll also see there are new places to jot down your thoughts, feelings and goals and you can use the tool kits to begin integrating these positive changes into your daily routine.
Our cover star this issue is beloved Kiwi cook Chelsea Winter and she’s a great embodiment of how to live well. She doesn’t believe in diets but focuses on making wholesome food and then thoroughly enjoys eating it. She’s learned how to tune in to what matters to her and say a big old ‘no thanks’ to the things that don’t. She’s even given up drinking because she decided it just wasn’t for her. I hope you’ll be inspired by her formula for happiness and discover your own on the pages within.
