Sit on a chair, holding a 1kg or 2kg dumbbell. With your legs apart, lean your torso forward and rest your right elbow on your right inner thigh. Curl the dumbbell towards your chest, keeping your elbow still and hold for a count of three. Slowly lower; repeat for 30 seconds, then switch sides.
