My green detox soup is in­sanely de­li­cious and so good for you. With ev­ery spoon­ful of this nu­tri­tious veg­e­tar­ian meal, you feel as if you are nour­ish­ing your body from the in­side out. With a healthy mix of spinach, kale, broc­coli, leek and cel­ery, it’s packed full of vi­ta­mins, min­er­als, fi­bre, iron and an­tiox­i­dants mak­ing it su­per detox­i­fy­ing for the body. It is quick and easy to make, and I love to make enough to serve for lunch the next day with a slice or two of buck­wheat, nut and seed loaf on the side. This bread is gluten-, egg- and dairy-free, and there is no knead­ing or wait­ing for dough to rise! A quick, easy and nu­tri­tious loaf, the nutty flavour is a per­fect ac­com­pa­ni­ment to my soup.
