After giv­ing birth to Arnold in Septem­ber last year, the Aus­tralian Glad­i­a­tor star known as ‘An­gel with the wash­board abs’, gen­tly be­gan to lose her post­par­tum ex­tra ki­los. She says lis­ten­ing to her body, and adapt­ing her ex­er­cises to suit her needs, helped her re­gain strength.
