Pineap­ple Gin­ger and Turmeric Iced Tea

1 Dole pineap­ple peel, crown,

scraps 1 piece turmeric 1 knob of gin­ger Wa­ter, enough to cover

Place ev­ery­thing in a medium pot & cover with wa­ter. Sim­mer on a medium-low heat for about 30 min­utes. Cover pot with a lid & let it in­fuse for 25 more min­utes.

Strain ev­ery­thing into a jar & place it in the fridge un­til cold. Serve cold with plenty of ice or you can also en­joy it hot.
