Paw Paw Sum­mer Boat

2 Dole paw paw 1 cup gra­nola (your choice) 500g yo­ghurt (your choice) ¼ cup chia seeds 2 cup fresh fruit (sea­sonal, we have used rasp­ber­ries/ ki­wiber­ries/ba­nana) edi­ble flow­ers cup mint, fresh leaves

Slice paw paw in half, length ways & be­gin to re­move seeds us­ing a spoon. Care­fully cre­ate a nice bowl like shape fol­low­ing the shape of the paw paw in the cen­tre.

Be­gin to layer the sum­mer boat start­ing with the yo­ghurt, evenly dis­trib­ute around all 4 halves. Sprin­kle 1/4 cup gra­nola on to each half, fol­lowed by an ar­range­ment of your se­lected sea­sonal fruits. Top with a sprin­kling of chia seeds, edi­ble flow­ers & mint leaves.
