Preparing the pineapples

Vincent Belarmino Macaranas works in the Fresh Pines Operations department where he helps prepare the pineapples for the NZ market. A former mechanic Macaranas, 37, has worked for Dole for three years and is happy that his job not only enables him to provide for his family but that the company is Rainforest Alliance certified.
