Steph penned the zero-dosage champagne story on page 112. A “champagne geek in training” she has visited the Champagne region seven times. A town planner, developer of arts buildings, energy sector enthusiast and co-founder of a car sharing company, she now bounces around New Zealand, Australia and the UK leading the firm Facta NV as it aims to shape very cool infrastructure projects which help create thriving communities.
