The one and only Cher is com­ing to NZ for two shows and we have two copies of her new al­bum Dancing Queen up for grabs as the ideal pre­cur­sor to the muchan­tic­i­pated events.

Fol­low­ing the global mega­suc­cess of, Mama Mia, Here We Go Again; Dancing Queen pays trib­ute to the leg­endary mu­sic of ABBA and con­tains 10 songs, all pre­sented in that inim­itable and ir­re­press­ible Cher style. All your ABBA favourites are here in­clud­ing Dancing Queen, Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Mid­night), The Name Of The Game, SOS, Water­loo, Mamma Mia, Chiq­ui­tita, Fer­nando and The Win­ner Takes It All.

The Os­car, Emmy and Grammy Award-win­ning icon was in­spired to record the al­bum fol­low­ing her stun­ning per­for­mance as Ruby Sheri­dan in the hit film.

“I’ve al­ways liked ABBA and saw the orig­i­nal Mamma Mia mu­si­cal on Broad­way three times,” Cher says. “After film­ing Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again ,I was re­minded again of what great and time­less songs they wrote and started think­ing ‘why not do an al­bum of their mu­sic?’ The songs were harder to sing than I imag­ined but I’m so happy with how the mu­sic came out. I’m re­ally ex­cited for peo­ple to hear it. It’s a per­fect time.”
