To con­tinue to de­bate whether cli­mate change is an­thro­pro­geni­cally in­flu­enced or not is as­ton­ish­ing.

Read­ing Brick­ell’s lat­est tirade, I’m left with mix emo­tions. Hav­ing ded­i­cated years, both per­son­ally and pro­fes­sion­ally to com­mu­ni­cat­ing the is­sues of cli­mate change, I’m a con­firmed ‘alarmist’.

Par­tic­i­pat­ing in the Al Gore’s cli­mate project and work­ing with Car­bonZero and UN’s Green Globe, both highly cred­i­ble, sci­en­tif­i­cally based sus­tain­abil­ity ac­cred­i­ta­tion pro­grammes, I’ve re­viewed vol­umes of sci­en­tific, eco­nomic and po­lit­i­cal con­tri­bu­tions by the many, many highly ca­pa­bly and qual­i­fied ex­perts
