As if cheese wasn’t al­ready de­li­cious enough, the Ar­gen­tini­ans have gone a step fur­ther with an omelette made en­tirely from the yel­low stuff. The grilled pro­v­o­leta is be­ing served up by some of Buenos Aires’ most well-known chefs, and has be­come a must-or­der item for trav­ellers to the South Amer­i­can coun­try’s cap­i­tal. It fea­tures a pro­volone-style cheese sea­soned with oregano, grilled like a steak, then served with chimichurri, chorizo sausages, kid­neys and lash­ings of Ar­gen­tinian mal­bec. Que bueno!
