Herbs for tincturing
Chamomile is an all-round beneficial tincture to keep on hand for childhood ailments and adult stress. But you can use many other herbs in homemade tinctures. Mullein is good for flu and colds, echinacea is ideal for boosting your immune system, lemon balm can be used for its anti-viral and mood-lifting properties, and catnip for its sedating properties. Speak with your healthcare practitioner before using tinctures, especialy if pregnant or breastfeeding.
