In Jan­uary this year Idea­log free­lance writer Late­sha Ran­dall and her part­ner Seb started a co­conut yo­ghurt busi­ness out of their home in Raglan. Their en­tre­pre­neur­ial jour­ney* (be­gun when Seb’s al­ler­gies meant he had to go dairy-free) has brought Ran­dall into con­tact with a whole load of other food en­trepreneurs mak­ing prod­ucts for the grow­ing gluten-free, dairy-free, or­ganic, health-food seg­ment.
