Grant round on

Kapi-Mana News - - NEWS -

Hutt Mana Charitable Trust’s February grant round is in full swing.

Trustees are managing to maintain two grant rounds annually in spite of difficult economic conditions, Trust chairman Ian Hutchings said.

‘‘We reviewed the trust’s position in the context of the current economic climate and agreed we could continue with two grant rounds per year.

‘‘There is about $300,000 to distribute in this grant round,’’ Mr Hutchings said.

The trust considers grant applications from organisations operating within the Hutt Mana area, including Porirua and Tawa.

Applications for the February grant round can be obtained from the trust’s website at hmct.org.nz, and close this Friday. Completed applications should be sent to Hutt Mana Charitable Trust, P O Box 31 250, Lower Hutt.

Any further inquiries should be directed to the trust secretary, Brian Mansfield on 569 6113.
