Dancing in Ire­land

Five stu­dents from Kerry School of Ir­ish Dancing will at­tend the World Ir­ish Dancing Cham­pi­onships in Dublin.

Emma Salzano, Sa­man­tha Tait, Olivia Ludgate, Jessica Ludgate and Kristina Craig qual­i­fied at the TIDA New Zealand Cham­pi­onships at South­wards Mu­seum late last year. The world champs will be held from April 17 to 24.

The school is fundrais­ing for new dresses in­clud­ing stag­ing its pro­duc­tion of Alice In Ire­land and sausage siz­zles.

Kerry School of Ir­ish Dancing holds classes in Porirua and Lower Hutt. Con­tact Sharon Craig on 04 234 8376 for more in­for­ma­tion on classes or if you could help with fundrais­ing.
