Dancing reigned supreme at the 11th Annual Shooting Star Talent Search at North City Shopping Centre during the school holidays, with young body-movers cleaning up in both age-group sections.

Jacob Morgon, 16, won both the 13 to 18 age group and the overall title with his slick steps, netting $1250 in gift cards. Duo Brianna Leary, 10, and Philippa Gould, 12, danced their way to $500, winning the 5 to 12 age group.

‘‘The judges had a tough job selecting the winners, due to the high calibre of talent showcased,’’ North City marketing manager Holly Lynn said.
