For­mer coun­cil­lor dies

For­mer Porirua City coun­cil­lor Ter­awhiti Arthur died on Au­gust 30 in Bris­bane, Aus­tralia. For­mer fire­man Mr Arthur rep­re­sented Ti­tahi Bay at coun­cil from 1989 to 1995. He was in his mid-50s when he died, and had six chil­dren and seven grand­chil­dren. Other coun­cil­lors looked less-thanpleased as Ms Kelly raised ar­gu­ments that had been dis­cussed nu­mer­ous times in coun­cil.
