Coping with the daylight savings change (Sunday, September 25)

‘‘We bought a Momo Sleep Trainer Clock for our three-year-old. Set the alarm the night before and Momo (a monkey) closes his eyes and won’t open them until the time you set it for in the morning,’’ – Pip.

‘‘I’ve found if you start putting your child to bed 30 minutes earlier than usual in the days leading up to daylight savings it helps make the change more gradual. You could also try making the room darker,’’ – Samantha.

‘‘I recommend putting block out curtains up in bub’s room, the sunlight still streaming through for night time sleeps can be most confusing,’’ – Kirstie.
