HOWCAN I SUBMIT?
You can submit from April 3 to May 3.
Submissions must be in writing. There is no right way to write a submission, but they should be clear and easy to read.
Submitters should include their contact details, and should specify whether they want to present their submission in person at a council meeting.
Submit online at pcc.govt.nz (search ‘‘consultation’’), email firstname.lastname@example.org, post to PCC, PO Box 50-128, Porirua 5240 or hand deliver to 16 Cobham Court or a library.
A council committee will hear oral submissions at hearings from May 16 to 18, before considering them at a meeting on June 6.
