– Buy two pack­ets of Oreo bis­cuits and whiz them in a blender un­til they are well smooshed. – Add in a tub of cream cheese and mix to­gether with your hands. – Roll into balls and place a stick in them. – Put in fridge for about 30 min­utes or freezer if need be. – About 25 min­utes into the cool­ing time melt some Whit­taker’s milk choco­late. – Take balls out of fridge and dip into choco­late. Use the stick to swirl them round so they are evenly coated. – Place on top of bak­ing pa­per on a tray and put back in the fridge to set. – Once they are set you can melt white choco­late and with a fork driz­zle it over the pops. Or while the milk choco­late is still wet you can dec­o­rate with ed­i­ble dec­o­ra­tions, which­ever you pre­fer. You can also sub­sti­tute the Oreos with other bis­cuits like Tim­tams or mint slices. Thanks to Pip John­son for the recipe.
