It will provide a seamless pathway for those who wish to broaden their career options by obtaining a business diploma or degree while working, says ETITO chief executive Garry Fissenden. “Based on our experience with trainees and industry, people starting out in study become really enthusiastic about it and want to know what they can take on next. We’ve just made it easier for them to see where their current qualification can lead them.” Representatives from both organisations will be visiting ETITO client companies to explore what skill development is needed. A pilot programme based on business qualifications will be developed and launched next year.
