Duck Creek Cafe was launched in late 2010 by Dean and Danielle Uden Mcfar­land and has been re­ceived with en­thu­si­asm by lo­cals.

The cafe is lo­cated in Pau­ata­hanui, just five min­utes from Pare­mata. Duck Creek is a 60-seater res­tau­rant with an ad­di­tional 50 seats out­side on two decks to max­imise the sun.

They can com­fort­ably seat up to 60 guests in the main res­tau­rant and 100 guests in a cock­tail set­ting. A pri­vate room is also avail­able, of­fer­ing a more in­ti­mate venue for up to 15 seated guests.

‘‘Our vi­sion is to cre­ate a plea­sur­able din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence com­ple­men­tary to our sur­round­ings,’’ says Dean.

‘‘We are in­spired by peo­ple and in­flu­enced by many things. We carry in high re­gard, a good level of pro­fes­sion­al­ism and cus­tomer fo­cus.

‘‘Our aim is to de­liver our vi­sion and main­tain it at all times.’’

The cafe has the per­fect set­ting for your spe­cial day and will cater to your re­quire­ments, whether large or small.

Duck Creek Cafe re­cently fea­tured in the Welling­ton Dine on a Plate and re­ceived a great re­sponse with its ‘‘Yes Deer’’ veni­son and pork patty burger.
