Chris Lowry, the chief op­er­at­ing of­fi­cer of Cap­i­tal & Coast Health claims it is ‘‘sim­ply not true’’ that a sin­gle ve­hi­cle overnight para­medic ser­vice has been pro­posed to re­place the Kenepuru A&M clinic overnight ser­vice.

How­ever, Dr Larry Jor­dan, the chair-per­son of the work­ing group charged with de­vel­op­ing a para­medic overnight ser­vice, has al­ready been quoted at least twice in this pa­per say­ing a sin­gle ve­hi­cle overnight ser­vice is be­ing pro­posed. One would have thought the chair­per­son would be in the know on this sub­ject.
