Free home in­su­la­tion on of­fer

The pub­lic is be­ing en­cour­aged to make use of the Warm Up Cap­i­tal & Coast in­su­la­tion ini­tia­tive avail­able this month.

A 100 per cent sub­sidised home in­su­la­tion retro­fit is avail­able to nom­i­nated homeowners or lease signees who hold a valid Com­mu­nity Ser­vices Card.

The house must be pri­vately owned and have been built be­fore the year 2000 to be el­i­gi­ble for the free in­su­la­tion, with some other ba­sic cri­te­ria to be con­firmed dur­ing a free in-home as­sess­ment.

The in­su­la­tion ma­te­rial used is Green­Stuf, an en­vi­ron­men­tally friendly polyester prod­uct that has Asthma Foun­da­tion ap­proval and a dura­bil­ity war­ranty of 50 years.
