The con­cept of a new busi­ness hub (Bizhub) for the city cen­tre has been taken out to the mar­ket to at­tract com­mer­cial part­ners. The Bizhub would pro­vide a dy­namic busi­ness en­vi­ron­ment for in­di­vid­u­als and small busi­nesses that nor­mally op­er­ate form home. Coun­cil owned 4 Lyd­ney Place (for­merly Pete’s Em­po­rium) is ear­marked for the devel­op­ment that would in­clude work sta­tions, meet­ing rooms, a café, high per­for­mance ca­ble and wire­less con­nec­tiv­ity.
