Why does Joseph Ro­manos not like the haka be­ing per­formed be­fore All Blacks test matches (Novem­ber 26)?

The haka is some­thing unique to New Zealand and some­thing the whole coun­try can take pride in.

It is per­formed be­fore test matches as a chal­lenge to op­po­nents.

From dis­cus­sions I have had with rugby fol­low­ers in New Zealand and over­seas, the pre­match haka is one of the high­lights of any test oc­ca­sion and I am sure spec­ta­tors would feel short-changed if the All Blacks de­cided not to bother with it.
