Pota­toes: The potato’s starchy qual­i­ties makes it a per­fect and cheap way to fill out a meal.

Bal­samic vine­gar: Great to use as a sauce or dress­ing.

Ap­ple cider vine­gar: Can be used in dress­ings, sauces and as a nat­u­ral cleaner for skin and the home.

Herbs, spices, gar­lic, onion and sea salt.
