NZ Post services

Kapi-Mana News - - OPINION -

New Zealand Post has reinstituted the bill-payment service in the Titahi Bay PostShop.

We have done this because we understand that local people value it.

The decision to remove this particular service was a mistake.

We value our unique place in the Porirua and Titahi Bay communities.

In respect to the Kapi-Mana News editorial (July 8), we are not ‘‘determined to drive’’ customers online, but we do need to make good business decisions that reflect fast-changing customer behaviours.

Also, despite your view, we have communicated our changes widely – both the direction we are headed in and the changes that are specific to local communities, including in Porirua.
