Draw­bridge award

The fourth John Draw­bridge Am­bas­sado­rial Schol­ar­ship has been awarded.

The schol­ar­ship, named in mem­ory of artist John Draw­bridge, is for a stu­dent from Massey Col­lege of Cre­ative Arts to travel over­seas while still an un­der­grad­u­ate.

This year’s re­cip­i­ent is Queen­stown’s Zac Imhoof, who in­tends to study in­dus­trial de­sign in Mu­nich.

John Draw­bridge’s ca­reer was given im­pe­tus by a four- year schol­ar­ship from 1957 un­til 1960, three years in London and a year in Paris.
