Clean drinking water
If you start your day with a big glass of water be sure to run the tap rst. The Ministry of Health is reminding householders that some plumbing ttings allow tiny traces of metals such as lead and copper to build up in water that’s been sitting in the tap overnight. The Ministry recommends that you ush a mugful from your tap each morning – just to be on the safe side.
