Virtuoso Strings at Kings
Virtuoso Strings wowed the congregation of Kings Church’s Sunday morning service in Pataka on March 29.
Virtuoso Strings is made up of children of various schools in Porirua East and beyond, who have discovered a love for classical stringed instruments through the enthusiastic encouragement of Liz Sneyd.
‘‘They were just fantastic,’’ said Pete Henare, the pastor of Kings Church. ‘‘They played a variety of classical and fun pieces that all ages in our church enjoyed. Virtuoso Strings is definitely one of Porirua’s undiscovered gems.’’
