LAMB KOFTA PITA POCK­ETS WITH SU­MAC YO­GHURT Lamb Kofta

brown onion, very finely diced 1 clove gar­lic, minced 1 ta­ble­spoon kofta spice mix (see recipe be­low) 450g lamb mince

tea­spoon salt 1 ta­ble­spoon tomato sauce

Chopped Salad

2 toma­toes 1 car­rot 1 cos let­tuce

Su­mac Yo­ghurt

cup nat­u­ral yo­ghurt tea­spoon dried su­mac (store­bought)

tea­spoon runny honey

To Serve

4-5 pita breads (store-bought) 3 ta­ble­spoons mint leaves (op­tional, adults)
