FROM THE EDITOR
Today on P27 we launch a new column from the Wellington Region Emergency Management Office on getting prepared for a natural disaster.
After the November earthquake and floods it is apparent that many households are not prepared for the worst.
Many also have questions on what exactly being prepared means. Should you have bottled water or a tank? Should you have a store of prepared food or just buy more? What do you need in a first aid kit?
The column will endeavour to answer all these questions and more.
If there is a particular issue that you want discussed in the column, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
