( Makes enough for two big smooth­ies)

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1/ 2 cup yo­ghurt (or fresh or­ange juice for a dairyfree smoothie)

1/ 2 cup wa­ter

1 ripe ba­nana

1 tsp honey (op­tional)

TIP: Make ba­nana ice blocks for easy smooth­ies: Peel and cut ripe ba­nanas into chunks and freeze in a plas­tic con­tainer.
