Grow your initial in microgreens!

-

You could use seed raising mix or try sowing your seed on a sponge for fun. Wet a thick kitchen sponge, sit it on a plate, then sow your seeds. To keep your seeds damp, spray them with water each day. Or you could cover your seeds with an upturned bowl to help prevent them from drying out while they germinate. But don’t have your sponge completely under water. Like good soil, a damp sponge holds a good balance of water and air spaces.
