Little Treasures - - NEWBORN DAYS -

If you had an episiotomy or another minor complication, you will no doubt be sent home with some prescription medications that are safe to use while breastfeeding. If not, and you find you are suffering discomfort, especially when sitting, it means your perineum – the bit between your vagina and bum – is bruised. You can relieve this pain by adjusting your sitting position, using a donut-shaped cushion, having a warm bath or applying a cold compress.
