Family friendly Ceilidh
A group of local musicians, organised by Forrest Chambers, are running a fundraising ceilidh to help reunite refugee families in Palmerston North. Forrest and his friends will run the musical side of things, and call the dancing. There will be two dance sessions with a supper break in between. It will be a family friendly event and no experience is required as the dance moves will be explained throughout the evening. Entry is $5/person or family $10 and can be paid on the door. Proceeds to Manawatu¯ Reuniting Refugee Families Trust. Please bring a plate of finger food for supper. Tea/ coffee and soft drinks will be provided. St James’ School Hall, Saturday, November 17, 7.30pm.
