Ba­nana Bread

125g But­ter 1/2 cup Soft Brown Sugar 1/2 cup Caster Sugar 2 Eggs 2 cup Flour 1 tsp Bak­ing Pow­der 1 tsp Ground Cin­na­mon 1 tsp Bak­ing Soda 1 cup Milk 2 Ba­nanas (ripe), mashed 1/4 cup Wal­nuts, chopped Method: Pre­heat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 25cm loaf pan. Beat but­ter and sug­ars un­til pale and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beat­ing well af­ter each ad­di­tion. Sift flour, bak­ing pow­der, and cin­na­mon. Dis­solve bak­ing soda in milk. Add to creamed but­ter mix­ture with ba­nanas and wal­nuts. Mix to­gether. Pour bat­ter into pre­pared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or un­til a skewer comes out clean.
