Homes in private streets have a certain mystique. They seem more desirable, more exclusive and more special. And they are. This home has been renovated to an ‘‘as new’’ status. The interior design is exceptional. Stunning wallpapers feature throughout, highlighting walls and spaces and adding interest to rooms.

The king-sized living room shows off exposed beams and high ceilings. The stacker doors bring the garden closer and open up the living room to the outside for summer.

In winter the wood burner adds atmosphere and warmth to the crisp white walls and the milk-chocolate newly laid carpet.

There is more than enough room here to house both living and dining spaces and the stunning kitchen is a feast for the eyes, with dark-charcoal floor tiles, soft-white cabinetry and spacious work surfaces.

This long low-profile house has all the living at one end and the sleeping quarters at the other.

Two bedrooms have sliding doors to the front of the house and one has an en suite making it perfect as a guest room.

Each room has been treated with designer wallpaper, making each one different from the other. The smaller of the bedrooms would make an ideal office or study or nursery and the large man-sized room can be fought over by

those not lucky enough to reside in the main bedroom.

Here the en suite and walk-in wardrobe make it the perfect retreat for the head of the house but the others are not hard done by, as the family bathroom is luxurious and elegant.

A deep, softly curving bath, large vanity and those charcoal tiles again all add up to a winning combination.

Gorgeous light fittings, warm timber blinds, a generous double garage and lots of storage are all added extras that make this home just that little bit extra special.

The fully fenced garden with a play house is ideal for the kids and the patio is perfect for outdoor entertaining and relaxing with friends, including wine of course.

Living here will make life seem just a little bit sweeter – the peace, quiet and excellent location are all sought after elements that you can take for granted.
