Lia testimonial

Manny Muscat, Paul Ifill, Daniel and Ben Sigmund will be among former team-mates turning out for one last kicking from Vince Lia. The Wellington Phoenix will celebrate the midfielder’s 10 seasons at the club with a testimonial match on March 11 at David Farrington Park, where the Vince Lia Legends XI will take on Wellington mayor Justin Lester and his Mayor’s XI. Later that evening there will be a This Is Your Life dinner hosted in his honour. Lia played his first game for the Phoenix on October 14, 2007, and has since then made 190 appearances for the A-league club.
