All Blacks meet Hollywood royalty

The All Blacks have rubbed shoulders with Hollywood royalty in Sydney. Ahead of Saturday’s Tri-nations test against Argentina in Newcastle, All Blacks players, coaches and management met New Zealand director Taikawaititi and English actor Idris Elba. Wearing club rugby jerseys, the All Blackswere snapped in a group photo withwaititi and Elba, who donned the team’s famous shirt. ‘‘Humbling experience for the boys, meeting two of Hollywood’s finest,’’ the All Blacks posted on Twitter. Oscarwinning directorwaititi is in Australia filming Thor: Love and Thunder, set for release in 2022. Elba is in Sydney filming Three Thousand Years of Longing.
