Bupa leader to speak

Im­pres­sive: Alzheimers Marl­bor­ough is hold­ing its an­nual meet­ing on Mon­day with spe­cial guest speaker, Bupa Care Ser­vices New Zealand man­ag­ing di­rec­tor Grainne Moss. Grainne has a ca­reer span­ning more than 20 years in the pub­lic and pri­vate health­care sec­tor in New Zealand, the United King­dom and Switzer­land. She is re­spon­si­ble for the man­age­ment and lead­er­ship of Bupa - an aged care provider with more than 70 sites across the coun­try, and she is pas­sion­ate about the health and well­be­ing of New Zealan­ders. Grainne has also held the role of gen­eral man­ager of care homes and re­hab for Bupa. She isn’t just suc­cess­ful be­hind the desk and has rep­re­sented Ire­land at in­ter­na­tional level in swim­ming for 14 years and was the first Ir­ish woman to swim the English Chan­nel and Cook Strait.
