Bupa leader to speak
Impressive: Alzheimers Marlborough is holding its annual meeting on Monday with special guest speaker, Bupa Care Services New Zealand managing director Grainne Moss. Grainne has a career spanning more than 20 years in the public and private healthcare sector in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. She is responsible for the management and leadership of Bupa - an aged care provider with more than 70 sites across the country, and she is passionate about the health and wellbeing of New Zealanders. Grainne has also held the role of general manager of care homes and rehab for Bupa. She isn’t just successful behind the desk and has represented Ireland at international level in swimming for 14 years and was the first Irish woman to swim the English Channel and Cook Strait.
