Kids can win day with Dan Carter
Calling all boys and girls from Matamata – here’s your chance to be the Face for Jockey Junior and spend a day in Auckland with All Black Dan Carter.
Carter last week kicked off a nationwide search for Jockey to find a team of 15 boys and girls (between the ages of 7 and 12) to be the Face for Jockey Junior.
All 15 winning boys and girls will spend the day with Carter at a photo shoot; the photography from which, will be used in a campaign for a new range – Jockey Sports Club.
They will be photographed with Carter in Jockey Sports Club T-shirts, singlets and running shorts; as well as enjoying a sit down lunch and an autograph session with Carter and their parent or guardian.
Any parent or guardian can nominate their own Jockey Junior by visiting their local Farmers store and buying any Jockey product to receive an entry form. Carter said Jockey was looking for 15 happy, everyday boys and girls to get involved and join their team. ‘‘I personally can’t wait to meet the winning kids and have some fun running around on the shoot. It will be a really different Jockey shoot for me and I hope a really fantastic day for them!’’
As part of the competition, Jockey is looking to support each community further, by giving parent or guardians the chance to nominate a local sports club and for two winning clubs to win a $5000 donation comprising of uniforms, equipment and cash.
The competition opened on March 1 and closes on April 29.
