Friends made on farm

Matamata Chronicle - - News -

Manuwaru Playcentre children got up close and personal with longhorn cattle, goats, pigs, horses and much more at their outing to Marshalls Animal Farm. The park at McLaren Falls is a unique 35-acre farm with many animals including a Tibetan yak and African ostrich.

The day was spent feeding the animals they were allowed to and patting the ones they weren’t.

Cute: Far left, Charlotte Angell enjoying the sun on Mummy Bear’s chair. Making friends: Left, the friendly goat was one of the highlights for the Manawaru Playcentre children.

Lunchtime: Feeding the Longhorn Cattle hay at Marshalls Animal Farm.
