FROSTS, fog and dreary wet days can dampen the enthusiasm of any wellintentioned person. The walk after work, cycle or swim with the kids just isn’t quite as appealing as on those balmy summer nights but don’t despair, join a gym, try yoga or pilates, play for a team or do some exercise at home.
