Dig­ger’s petrol taken

Ap­prox­i­mately 100 litres of petrol was si­phoned from a dig­ger in Wa­haroa overnight.

At 4.50pm a 51-year-old man was pro­cessed for driv­ing with ex­cess breath al­co­hol. At 8.20pm the same man was again stopped driv­ing on an­other street and was pro­cessed for ex­cess breath al­co­hol for a sec­ond time.

A 20-year-old man was pro­cessed for driv­ing with ex­cess breath al­co­hol.

A 33-year-old man and a 29- year- old woman were found to be driv­ing while sus­pended and had their ve­hi­cles im­pounded.

A 25-year-old man was ar­rested for shoplift­ing.

A 20 year-old man was ar­rested for an as­sault that had oc­curred the pre­vi­ous day.

A 27-year-old man was fur­ther charged with four other bur­glary charges re­lat­ing to a search war­rant ex­e­cuted last week.

A 38-year-old Auck­land woman was ar­rested in Mata­mata for breach of bail.

A 20-year-old man was ar­rested for a do­mes­ti­cre­lated as­sault shortly af­ter mid­night. At 8pm the same man was ar­rested for breach of bail.

A 19-year-old Mata­mata man was ar­rested for pos­ses­sion of cannabis.
