The Bubbles and Bombshells show will include traditional burlesque and neo classical burlesque, combining seductive dance and striptease with comedic and witty elements.

Ms D’Ville said the art form has seen a revival of popularity in recent years. It was famously represented in the 2010 Christina Aguilera and Cher film Burlesque.

Tickets to the Bubbles and Bombshells show on September 1 are available from Redoubt. Cost: $65 for the show, a three-course meal and bubbles on arrival.
