Bruce proud of what he achieved in business

-

He stayed on part time doing quotations and administration work until finishing up in December.

‘‘I’m quite proud of what I’ve created,’’ Mr Romley said.

‘‘I haven’t done it on my own. Diane has been involved as much as I have been and I’ve worked with some great people over the years.’’

Mr Romley has worked with a number of apprentices over the years and said it was rewarding seeing them become successful tradesman.

He has also worked on some major projects in Matamata, including the lighting of the racetrack.

‘‘We would like to thank all our customers who supported us during our time in the electrical industry,’’ he said.

Mr and Mrs Romley plan to spend time exploring the South Island, as well as Europe, and are also looking forward to fitting in some more golf.
