Looking for easy, practical ways to get on top of your spending?

Matamata Baptist Church is offering its free Christians Against Poverty Money Course to help residents gain more financial freedom throughout the year.

This three-session course, developed by international debt counselling charity Christians Against Poverty (CAP), offers a smart, simple way for people to build, balance and stick to their budgets.

David Roake, one of the money coaches who facilitates the sessions, said CAP Money was ideal for anyone wanting to discover how to do more with the money coming in, regardless of whether there was excess cash or a lack of it each month.

During the 18 months the courses have been running, the CAP participants have seen significant results in people’s ability to handle finances.

The free three-night course is on March 14, 21 and 28, at Matamata Baptist Church lounge, from 7pm till 9pm (supper included). Phone 888 8338 or email office@matamatabaptist.org.nz.
