Strap­ping re­duces sport in­juries

A sports strap­ping and in­jury man­age­ment work­shop will be held on Tues­day, May 21 from 6pm un­til 7.30pm, at the Mor­rinsville Events Cen­tre.

Join Mor­rinsville Phys­io­ther­apy for a hands-on ses­sion to learn the basics of strap­ping and ban­dag­ing com­mon in­juries to the hands, knee, an­kle or shoul­der. Cost $5 per per­son (con­tri­bu­tion to re­source costs, payable on the night).

Coach­ing bet­ter skills – per­cep­tion, de­ci­sion mak­ing and skill ex­e­cu­tion.
